This policy explains how AutoApply, including the AutoApply browser extension, handles your information. By using the tool or the extension, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

Account information you provide, such as your email address, and the profile details you enter (job titles, skills, location, remote preference, expected rate, and optional links).

Resume content you upload, which we parse to fill in your profile so you do not have to retype it.

Application activity, such as which jobs the tool applied to on your behalf, so you can review your history.

What we never do

We never store your passwords or login credentials for any job board. The extension works inside your own already signed-in browser session.

We never sell your personal data.

We never submit an application that requires something you have not provided. If an asset is missing, the tool pauses and asks you.

How the extension works

The AutoApply extension runs in your browser and uses your saved profile to fill and, where you allow it, submit job applications. It communicates only with the AutoApply backend to score jobs for fit and to record your application history.

On platforms that restrict automation, the extension uses assist mode: it fills the form and waits for you to submit. It applies at a human-like pace and never stores your credentials.

How your data is used

We use your profile and resume data only to match you to relevant jobs and to complete applications you have asked the tool to make.

We use limited, aggregated information to operate and improve the service.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using reputable third-party cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to the operation of the service.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (for example, hosting and payment processing) and only to the extent required. We do not share your personal data for advertising.

Your choices

You can review and edit your profile at any time, and you can stop the tool whenever you want.

You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us through the contact page.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
